Refund policy

Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your furniture item to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility for Full Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, your furniture item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return your furniture item due to a change of mind or because you don’t like the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless you bring the item directly to our warehouse at:
    4646 Distribution Pkwy, Bldg 100, Buford, Georgia, 30519.
    In-person returns to this address will not incur any shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to a faulty, defective, or damaged product, BedNChair.com will cover the return shipping costs regardless of the return method.

 

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at bednchair66@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the address above unless you choose to return the item in person. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval or without requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your furniture upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including final-sale furniture.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the furniture item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned furniture and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
