Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Carrier and Origin
We ship all orders using FedEx from our warehouse located in Georgia, USA.

 

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to the following US territories and locations:

• Puerto Rico (PR)
• Virgin Islands (VI)
• Guam (GU)
• American Samoa (AS)
• Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
• Alaska (AK)
• Hawaii (HI)
• US Military addresses (AE, AP)

These exclusions are due to FedEx shipping restrictions and operational limitations.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  
• We do not ship to the excluded US territories and locations listed above.

 

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all products to eligible shipping destinations within the 48 contiguous US states.

 

Shipping Timeframe
Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 8 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 7 business days. Due to the large size of our furniture products, customers may receive their orders in multiple packages, which may arrive at different times.

 

In-Store Pickup
We support in-store pickup at our Georgia warehouse. Orders placed for pickup will be ready within 1 hour of order confirmation.

 

Local Delivery
For orders over $398 within a 5 km radius of our warehouse, we offer free local delivery. After order confirmation, we will promptly contact a freight carrier and coordinate with you to schedule delivery.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number to monitor your shipment.
